About Me
I am a English and French teacher, coach specialized in emotion management.
My professional journey began as a teacher for the Loire-Atlantique regional council, where I taught for two years, gaining a deep understanding of the educational challenges faced by students.
My passion for teaching has led me to offer training abroad, where I have provided valuable support to the personal development of individuals from all over the world. I believe my mission is to use my energy and skills to help people overcome barriers to learning languages and integrating into new environments.
My travels have strengthened my love for intercultural communication. However, most of the students I support have acquired their language skills through school education, which does not allow them to communicate fluently and naturally, nor to pronounce sentences correctly once there, even after several years of studies.
In response to these challenges, I decided to teach French and English to fellow applicants with projects abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom and Canada. Thanks to word of mouth and the quality of my coaching, the demand for online or at-home learning quickly increased. In 2016, I took the opportunity to work abroad, continuing to meet the growing demand for language learning.
I devote my time to teaching since 2015 from primary school to post-baccalaureate students, to develop their language skills and to prepare them for professional opportunities abroad. My empathy, sensitivity and dedication are assets that enable my students to excel. At the same time, as a yoga teacher and naturopath, I use neuroscience, meditation and breathing techniques to help my students manage their emotions and calmly prepare for exams.
